Testimonials

‘I have read extensively about feng shui and have bought books on the subject over the years and must say that this is probably the best book I have ever read. It is clear, straightforward and shows you how to apply feng shui in a simple manner. It also deals with issues that other books do not cover, such as, how to apply or modify the feng shui if your life circumstances change or if you live with other people (a partner, family, etc.); and when using the compass formula how to control/minimise the bad energy in your inauspicious locations and activate the good ones (other books only tell you how to calculate your kua number and what your good and bad locations/directions are). It is also good that it tells you how to activate the right areas and apply the principles of feng shui using everyday items you already have in your home that would not look out of place. Other books suggest cures that do look a bit odd or out of place and for this reason may not be effective.’

I'd always been put-off Feng Shui because of its complexity, its emphasis on compass directions (I have no sense of direction outside my own house!) and complex terminology. This book is a joy. The text is engaging and full of humour. The pictures are plentiful and gorgeous, and all the directions are simple to follow (hurrah!). Even better, I did carry out some of the suggestions in the book and received a small but appreciable boost in that area of life. Coincidence? Maybe. But whatever your previous experience of Feng Shui, give this book a go. It may just surprise you too.’
